Large White Sourdough



Baked Sourdough bread is made by the fermentation of dough using naturally occurring lactobacilli and ‘wild’ Tettenhall yeast. The lactic acid produced by the lactobacilli gives it a more complex flavour & improves keeping qualities.

Each loaf takes up to 4 days to produce & is handmade and baked in store every day.
