That’s why we use simple, fresh quality ingredients locally sourced. We do not use artificial additives or preservatives that are the norm in mass produced bread. Real Bread made with four basic ingredients: flour, water, yeast & a pinch of salt!

We love to use our hands. Our products are not perfectly formed & uniform. Like a fine wine or mature cheese, our bread takes time to develop its unique flavour. We believe in quality over quantity.
That’s why we produce a wide variety of small loaves baked in small batches so that we can consistently produce tempting handmade products that are of premium quality & give you the opportunity to taste our full range. Baked in Tettenhall is a family owned & run bakery that uses traditional methods to deliver quality baked products freshly baked for our customer daily. The driving force behind Baked is brother & sister team Catherine & Richard. Catherine is a qualified Baker and completed a 3 year bakery course at University College Birmingham in 2008. Richard lives artisan breads and has completed a number of intensive courses focusing on sourdough bread including an Artisan Bread course at the world renowned School of Artisan Food in Nottinghamshire.
